School-Age Baptism
In Grades 2-5, children who were never baptized are prepared for baptism. At least one parent must be Catholic and both parents should agree to the baptism.

Young Adult Baptism
If a child is in Grade 6-12 and never received the sacrament of baptism, they will go through a different preparation (administered through the parish Youth Group).

For School-Age Baptism, and Young Adult Baptism, the parish requests a $25 registration fee (if the family is financially able).

A candidate who is in Grade 2 or higher, and is preparing for Baptism, will not need to register for First Reconciliation until the following school year (after Baptism and First Eucharist).

Registration for School-Age Baptism & Young Adult Baptism for the 2026-2027 school year is now open!

Please fill out the regular baptism registration form and follow up with an email to Dan at sacraments@stalbertthegreat.ca
(Please note, the preparation for School-Age Candidates and Young Adult Candidates is different from that for young children and infants. Dan will provide further details.)
