Volunteering at St. Albert the Great
At times, determining how we can play a more active role in our parish can be a difficult exercise. We each have gifts that sometimes lay undiscovered. During our time of discernment, we turn to the Holy Spirit to motivate, direct, and inspire us so that we can harmoniously join together to do the Church’s work effectively.
By sharing our gifts in the church’s ministries, we are able to create what Pope Francis has repeatedly called for: a culture of encounter.
Here at St. Albert the Great, we have a number of ministries that could be strengthened by your involvement, to view them please see the list below. All volunteers must be registered parishioners if you are not currently registered please complete the New Parishioner Fillable Registration Form
If you feel that you have a gift to offer please complete our volunteer form. You can email any questions to volunteers@stalbertthegreat.ca and one of our Volunteer Coordinators will connect with you.
St. Albert the Great Parish is part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Calgary and we are required to conduct Volunteer Screening; to learn more about this process please visit: Calgary Diocese Volunteer Screening
