Baptism Of School-Age Children

School-Age Baptism
In Grades 2-5, children who were never baptized are prepared for baptism. At least one parent must be Catholic and both parents should agree to the baptism. Children are prepared for First Eucharist as well.

Young Adult Baptism
If a child is Grade 6 or higher, they should register for Confirmation as well.

For School-Age Baptism (which includes First Eucharist), the parish requests a $50 registration fee (if the family is financially able), which covers the cost of both Baptism and First Eucharist. For Young Adult Baptism, the fee would be the same, plus instructions on purchasing Confirmation materials (for an additional $18.95 USD will also be provided).

Please contact Dan to inquire about School-Age Baptism.
When registration for School-Age Baptism is open, parents are first asked to register their child for Baptism through the Baptism Registration form.

Registration for the sacraments for the 2023-2024 school year is now closed.
Registration for the Sacraments will reopen in September.

You may sign up to receive a reminder when registration for the sacraments (for the 2024-2025 school year) opens by filling in the following form:

A candidate who is in Grade 2 or higher, and is preparing for Baptism, will not need to register for First Reconciliation until the following school year (after Baptism and First Eucharist).
